BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An attorney for three women who were shot at Sara Sims Park in Boynton Beach last July when they attended an unsanctioned ‘Peace in the Hood’ event says he will file two lawsuits in the next few days against the city for negligence.
He says a third lawsuit on behalf of the third victim will be filed soon.
