Jessica Delgado, owner of the Pale Horse, is still in shock after the theft of several items from her newly opened horror bar.
“On Monday, I was doing some cleaning up and noticed the sunflower glasses that were on my ‘terrifier’ in the basement were gone,” Ms. Delgado said. “While picking up around the bar, I saw that more items from the garage room were gone as well.”
