A picturesque North Carolina property that turned into a TV mecca after being featured as the home of “Dawson’s Creek” character Dawson Leery has found itself a buyer, mere months after it was listed for $3.25 million.
Located in Wilmington, NC, where much of the show was filmed, the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom waterfront abode had never previously been listed before being put on the market in October 2025. It had been owned by the same family since it was built in 1880.
