A Dallas-area daycare is facing serious legal allegations after five families say their toddlers were repeatedly mistreated—including being yanked by the arms, slammed onto floors and changing tables, pinched, and screamed at—with some of the alleged incidents captured on surveillance video.
The families filed a lawsuit against Camden Hill Montessori in Carrollton, alleging the center failed to protect their toddlers from ongoing mistreatment and injuries, while hiding the truth from parents.
According to the lawsuit, attorneys say concerns first surfaced in June 2025, when one parent noticed their 16-month-old son was “sitting weird” and had a leg injury, which they were told happened during “routine toddler play.” A doctor visit at a local emergency room, however, told a different, more severe story, the complaint states…
