McKinney welcomed a fresh fast-casual concept that’s putting a new spin on salads. Bread Zeppelin officially opened a brand-new location on February 2, 2026, along South Custer Road in Frisco, bringing its signature approach of serving chopped salads inside warm, artisan baguettes.

Rather than offering traditional sandwiches, the restaurant centers its menu on what it calls a Zeppelin, which is a toasted baguette that is hollowed out and filled with crisp greens, vegetables, proteins, and house dressings.
