Brooklyn Park’s tactical response unit rolled into the Decatur Landing apartments Tuesday evening, serving a high-risk search warrant that briefly put the complex on edge and ended with two adults in custody.
The operation focused on the 9500 block of Decatur Drive North, where neighbors saw a heavy law-enforcement presence as officers moved in on one of the units.
