Two people were arrested late Tuesday night after officials located a vehicle in Laredo that was reported stolen out of San Antonio, according to the Laredo Police Department.
Officers came across the Kia Soul at about 11:30 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 1000 block of Zaragoza Street.
