HUMBLE, Texas – A man was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge after deputies responded to a hit-and-run crash at a local food truck park, according to authorities.
Deputies with Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office were called to a reported vehicle crash on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026, at Porky’s Food Truck Park, located at 5131 Atascocita Road. Investigators said a male driver struck another vehicle and fled the scene without providing personal or insurance information.
Following the initial response, deputies located the suspect vehicle and identified the driver as Allen Carrizales, 44. Authorities said Carrizales displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Deputies administered a series of standardized field sobriety tests and determined he was intoxicated…
