Jingle! Holiday St. Louis CEO files for bankruptcy after complaints about attraction

O’FALLON, Mo. — The chief executive behind the Jingle! Holiday St. Louis pop-up experience has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy after the Christmas-themed attraction drew safety complaints, refund disputes and poor attendance during its short-lived run last winter.

Mark D. McKee, CEO of Jingle and principal of Epic Holiday LLC, filed the voluntary petition Jan. 26 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas, listing between $1 million and $10 million in liabilities against assets valued between $100,001 and $500,000, according to the filing…
