DIVIDE, Colo. (KKTV) – Tuesday night, the National Weather Service confirmed that a snow devil touched down in Divide.
11 News received this video from Mandy Campbell, and we confirmed that it was a snow devil after reaching out to Kathleen Torgerson with the National Weather Service in Pueblo.
