(Colorado Springs, CO — February 3, 2026) The Broadmoor is pleased to announce that the legendary Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond resort has welcomed Golf Hall of Famer Hale Irwin as the inaugural “Ambassador of Golf” for the Colorado Springs resort.
Irwin’s storied amateur and professional career reflects an exemplary playing record both in the state of Colorado and at The Broadmoor itself. His elite professional career comprises 83 victories worldwide, including three U.S. Open Championships and two U.S. Senior Open Championships. Irwin’s accomplishments span six continents, underscoring his global impact on the sport. He was inducted into the Colorado Golf Hall of Fame in 1974 and the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1992.
