Eugene PD: Motorcyclist pinned under car after Oak Patch Road crash

EUGENE, Ore. — Just before 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, Eugene Police responded to the 1600 block of Oak Patch Road regarding a crash between a Yamaha R6L motorcycle and a Ford Fiesta.

The Fiesta’s driver was coming from an apartment complex parking lot and turning southbound onto Oak Patch Road. The rider of the motorcycle was northbound on Oak Patch and attempted to stop but ended up impacting the driver’s side door. The rider was then under the vehicle until being pulled out by bystanders.

The 26-year-old motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital where he is listed in stable condition…
