A patrol sergeant with the Anchorage Police Department is facing charges after an off-duty incident on the Glenn Highway.
Mid-shift Patrol Sergeant Corey Adkins was arrested early Friday morning near Mirror Lake and the inbound Glenn Highway. Officers had responded to a report of a vehicle in distress.
