DECOY, a neighborhood bar concept brought to life by the team behind Dog & Duck Family Pubs, is set to open in mid-February at the corner of Highway 41 and Highway 17, in the space formerly known as The Basement. Located at 5550 S.C. 41, DECOY will offer a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere designed exclusively for adults ages 21 and older.
