DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — The Dayton Police Department explained how Flock License Plate Readers assisted in the arrest of a serial armed robber.
With Flock Safety cameras in over 6000 communities through 49 states, spokesperson Paris Lewbel said they assist in 10% of all reported crime in the country, and it made the arrest of serial armed robber Timothy Farr possible.
“Different law enforcement agencies involved used Flock to identify the vehicle of interest connected to several of those robbery locations. That led investigators to that red Ford Taurus, which was later stopped by Dayton Police,” said Lewbel…
