School bus driver transported to hospital after crash in York County

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Emergency crews were called to a multi-vehicle crash involving a school bus Thursday at about 6:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of Barrens Road in Hopewell Township, according to York County Dispatch.

According to South Eastern School District Superintendent Dr. Nathan Van Deusen, a school bus was rear-ended by another car.

The only passengers on the bus at the time of the incident were reportedly the bus driver and her children, Van Deusen said. The children were not injured, but the bus driver was transported to the hospital be evaluated for precautionary reasons…
