MEMPHIS, Tenn. — One Memphis resident says he hasn’t received a single piece of mail since January 23 — the day before the winter storm — and he thinks the City of Memphis should take some of the blame after roads in some neighborhoods remain extremely icy.
Mack Land says it’s concerning that city road workers have not been out to plow the ice on Lynnbrier Avenue.
