LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Metro police have arrested a man in the robbery and assault of a rideshare driver.
Quishawn Walker, 22, of Louisville, is charged robbery, wanton endangerment – discharging a firearm, assault and unlawful imprisonment.
According to the arrest warrant, on October 19, 2025, Walker was in a rideshare vehicle that he had ordered through an app when he got into an argument with the driver. Walker then pulled out a handgun and struck the driver in the face and upper body using the handle of a handgun and his hands. When the rideshare driver tried to end the trip, Walker threatened to shoot him if he didn’t take him to his home…
