New plans from the city have revealed big plans for the former Montgomery Advertiser property.
In early December, the City of Montgomery finalized purchasing the property at 425 Molton St. for $5.5 million. The city also purchased 475 Molton St. in the same deal.
Recent word from the city notes that the “key downtown property” will be repurposed to “support future redevelopment and advance a long-term convention center vision.”…
