Wilmington police discuss missing persons procedures amid search for Today Show anchor’s mother

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The search for Today Show anchor Savannah Guthrie’s mother entered its fourth day Wednesday.

Nancy Guthrie disappeared Saturday, Jan. 31, from her home in Arizona. Investigators say there were signs of forced entry, and a ransom note was sent to an Arizona news station.
