The Chester Upland School District (CUSD) and the Chester Upland Education Association (CUEA), PSEA/NEA, have announced an historic agreement on a five-year collective bargaining contract, providing long-term stability for educators and scholars across the district.
The agreement covers the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031, and follows months of negotiations focused on strengthening teaching and learning conditions while supporting the district’s ongoing recovery efforts.
