Many people know it as Chesapeake, home to Expand Energy, but developers have given it a new name now calling it the Peake, with plans to make it more than just workspaces.
Sitting on the corner of 63rd and Western is a cluster of 14 buildings holding a strong legacy. It is something Robinson Park Commercial Real Estate CEO Mark Beffort said should be preserved and honored.
