The Weld County Coroner’s Office identified the two Loveland men that were killed in a single-vehicle crash following a high speed chase from Loveland to Weld County early Sunday morning, according to an emailed press release from the coroner’s office. According to authorities, they are 23-year-old Jose Meza and 19-year-old Xavier Cruz.
