A used car lot in Bradenton’s Village of the Arts has sold for $1.25 million, according to SVN Commercial Advisory Group, which brokered the deal. The property is at 1121 14th St. W. in a high-visibility corner location at a signalized intersection.
Malpica Investments 1121 LLC purchased the property from Erica Grell and plans to continue operations as a local car sales facility under new ownership, according to a statement. Members of Malpica Investments are Jose and Kelly Malpica of Frisco, Texas, according to state records.
The buyer was represented by Carolina Grunbaum of Keller Williams Capital Realty in Coral Gables. Senior Advisors Tony Veldkamp and Matt Fenske of SVN Commercial Advisory Group represented the seller.
