NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — North Charleston police said Friday they charged two people in connection with an assault and battery.
Jesus Gregorio Solis Olguin, 18, of North Charleston, and a youth whose name has not been released because of age, were charged with first-degree assault and battery.
