CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The family of a man hit and killed by a car while out for a run is calling on the City of Charlotte to implement more safety measures to help keep runners safe.
“He just put 100% of himself into everything,” Jeanne Sotelo said. “And he even did that with his relationships and his friendships and the people he loved, he did that with them too. So it was, that’s just who he was.”
