SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Suffolk man was arrested Monday in connection to shots fired at an individual known to him on Webb Street, according to police.
On Jan. 30, Suffolk Emergency Communications received a call for shots fired in the 400 block of Webb Street at approximately 5:35 p.m. The caller advised the suspect was known to him and that he fled the scene after firing a gun at him.
