COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A man faces an additional indecent exposure charge after a woman reported recognizing him from a news report about his prior arrests, according to the Columbia Police Department.
Police said Desmond Metcalf, 38, was nude at a car wash last summer and in plain view of a woman victim.
