OHIO — A Connersville man was taken into custody Monday afternoon following a police pursuit that began in Ohio and ended across the state line in Indiana.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 44-year-old David Morris was arrested and taken to the Preble County Jail on preliminary charges of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a felony, and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Just before 1 p.m., a trooper was stationed on Interstate 70 near mile marker 9 in Preble County when a westbound Honda driven by Morris passed the location.
