Founder of popular Columbus-born donut chain passes away

The founder of a popular local donut chain has died.

According to a social media post from Jolly Pirate Donuts, the brand’s owner and founder, Nick Soulas, passed away on Jan. 30,

“Beloved son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and godfather was deeply loved by his family and local communities,” the post reads. “May his memory be eternal. He will be greatly missed by so many.”…
