Two men have been arrested for the murder of 19-year-old Joe Rodriguez last month. It was Fresno’s first homicide for 2026.
Fresno Police announced that 21-year-old Isiah Mobley and 19-year-old Gavin Vasquez were taken into custody on Tuesday and booked into the Fresno County Jail on murder charges.
