GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Tiara Danielle Miles, 32, has been sentenced to four months in jail, followed by five years of probation, after entering a plea of nolo contendere to domestic battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
At about 6:23 p.m. on November 13, 2025, Miles went to the victim’s workplace and argued with him; the argument eventually turned physical, and Miles pushed the victim and slapped him, leaving a laceration behind his ear. As the victim walked away, Miles got into her vehicle and tried to hit the victim with her car. Miles was arrested on November 24 and released after posting $90,000 bail, but she failed to appear at a hearing on January 15, so a warrant was issued for her arrest…
