KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. — A Knoxville man is facing charges for allegedly setting his rental home on fire Tuesday night.
Phillip Brown, 48, was booked in the Knox County Jail Wednesday night for evading arrest, resisting and aggravated arson.
According to a warrant for Brown’s arrest, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Rural Metro responded to a house fire at 3339 Long Hollow Road at 9 p.m. They contacted one of the men who lived in the home, who said he rents the property with Brown.
