NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — North Myrtle Beach police arrested Jose Garcia Garcia and charged him with assault and battery in the second degree and unlawful conduct toward a child.
According to arrest warrants, Garcia physically harmed a child in December of 2025 by grabbing them by the hair, throwing them against a wall, and kicking them in the stomach.
