MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — A Mobile County jury has found Moses Richardson guilty of Murder in the February 7, 2023, killing of Destiny Watson, District Attorney Keith Blackwood announced Wednesday.
Following a trial that concluded on February 4, 2026, jurors returned a guilty verdict after hearing evidence that Richardson fatally shot Watson during a confrontation at a gas station on St. Stephens Road. Testimony established that the shooting stemmed from ongoing disputes involving Richardson, his girlfriend Adrianna Gossett, Watson, and Watson’s boyfriend.
Prosecutors presented evidence that Richardson armed himself with an AR-15 rifle before traveling to the gas station, where a verbal altercation escalated and Richardson fired two fatal shots into Watson’s chest and abdomen…
