HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Thursday afternoon, at about 3:55 p.m., dispatch received a call reporting that a man had fallen into the water near the Salt Ponds in Hampton.
Hampton Division of Fire and Rescue crews were dispatched to 300 block of Mainsail Drive and arrived around 4 p.m.
Before crews arrived, nearby citizens pulled the man onto a dock…
