PENSACOLA, Florida — Jordan T. Quinones, a 30-year-old from Pensacola, Florida, has been indicted on federal charges for possessing obscene material depicting minors in sexual activity.
The charges were announced by John P. Heekin, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida. The indictment alleges that Quinones possessed computer-generated images and drawings of obscene material. Due to Quinones being a registered sexual offender, enhanced penalty provisions are included, and if convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
Quinones is scheduled for trial on March 16, 2026, before United States District Judge T. Kent Wetherell, II, at the United States Courthouse in Pensacola, Florida.
