BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — A Wood County grand jury on Thursday indicted an 18-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a 15-year-old last month for reckless homicide along with three new charges.
Jakob Heintzelman is charged with the shooting death of Symini Moore, a sophomore at Woodmore High School. He also now faces a fourth-degree felony charge of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed weapon and failure to comply with underage alcohol laws.
