LCCS ‘met or exceeded’ requirements in handling Kei’mani Latigue case

Lucas County Children Services has released a state investigation showing that LCCS “met or exceeded” requirements when evaluating Kei’mani Latigue, 13, and her family.

The child fatality report from the Ohio Department of Children and Youth was released by the agency on Wednesday and announced with a news release.
