TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Multiple customers of a Pasco County paver company said they paid large down payments but received little to nothing in return.
Customers allege the owner of Sundeck Pavers repeatedly delayed work with excuses and, in some cases, stopped communicating altogether.
