Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha says his office has concluded its enforcement action against Prime Therapeutics, LLC.
The state filed a lawsuit claiming the pharmacy benefit manager violated the law when its unannounced audits caused undue administrative burdens and disruptions to three independent Rhode Island pharmacies.
