OPELOUSAS, La. (NEWS 15) — The Opelousas Police Department Special Operations Division has made a third arrest related to a December deadly shooting.
Jadakiss Thomas, 23, of Port Barre, is charged with distribution of Schedule I (Marijuana).
Investigators reported they believe Thomas met the victim, Markee Benjamin, and sold him about eight pounds of marijuana shortly before the shooting. They added marijuana was later found in the victim’s trunk…
