The Bayou Teche Museum in New Iberia is gearing up to host a gala night that will feature a unique exhibit on Louisiana’s first, and only, woman governor.
“A Night at the Museum” on Feb. 12 will have a live auction, catering by local restaurants, and the public unveiling of Louisiana’s first statue in honor of Gov. Kathleen Blanco statue, who was from New Iberia.
