Suspect accused of SNAP benefits fraud arrested after traffic stop

TULSA, OKLA. (KTUL) — A suspect accused of fraudulent activity involving food stamps and identity theft was arrested Wednesday morning.

Tulsa Police initiated a traffic stop around 9 a.m. on 64-year-old Robin Black as he was leaving his home. A federal warrant was issued this week for Black.

He’s accused of peddling cell phones to defraud people of their SNAP benefits. Police worked with federal partners over several months to gather evidence and make the arrest…
