CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — A Caldwell man has been arrested following a road rage incident that led to a crash with another vehicle.
On Feb. 4, just before 5 p.m., Caldwell Police responded to a traffic collision involving two vehicles that occurred near Linden Road and Smeed.
An officer on patrol witnessed the incident, observing 20-year-old Malachi Ineck driving a Volkswagen Jetta aggressively and engaging in road-rage behavior. Ineck was seen trying to pass another driver in a no-passing zone, striking the front of a Jeep and causing his vehicle to roll over…
