DENVER (KDVR) — The owners of a Michelin award-winning restaurant in Denver are opening up a new sushi concept in Boulder this spring.
Christopher and Ariana Teigland, the owners of Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning Glo Noodle House, are ready to open Odd Rabbit with a “traditionally non-traditional” sushi menu and a “new spin” on glo Noodle House’s award-winning noodle dishes.

The restaurant at 5845 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder is near Blackbelly Market & Restaurant, where the couple met, and plans to have 90 seats, including a 10-seat chef’s counter and patio for 40 guests.

On the menu, Old Rabbit said it’s planning on nigiri like hamachi, uni and spicy tuna as well as handrolls and sushi specialties. It’s not just sushi, either.
