EUGENE, Ore. — Just before 2 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, Eugene Police responded to OMG Northside Medical Clinic at 3915 River Road after a caller reported a man was waving a firearm in the air.
The man had set up camp next to the sliding glass doors, which are the main entrance to the building.
