An Arizona couple was arrested on child abuse charges, after police found their home—and their children—heavily contaminated with feces.
“They were treated like animals,” Joe Santiago, a spokesperson for the Glendale Police Department said in a Feb. 2 press conference. “I cannot even begin to describe the conditions that these children were kept in for years.”
