SCHENECTADY — Police are investigating a vehicle crash late Wednesday that left a pedestrian dead.
The 59-year-old man, police said, was struck by an SUV at around 9:35 p.m. at Albany and Elbert streets in the Central State Street neighborhood.
He was taken to a hospital, where he died of his injuries. Police have not identified the victim…
