Three recent property sales in Stark County topped $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
AIDC Canton 1 LLC, a company affiliated with New York-based Active Infrastructure, recently purchased over 100 acres southeast of Millerton Street and Central Avenue SE. The limited liability company paid $17 million for the commercially zoned land that was annexed by the city of Canton from Canton Township last year.
